One Response to MY BLOGGED HAS MOVED

  1. S. Cantrell says:

Although I have not been directly involved in satanic covens, etc., God has brought me across several people who have…mostly through my children and their friends many years ago. An innocent Baptist girl growing up, God woke me up in some dramatic ways…especially to defend my children and family members.

In one instance, one of my daughters became friends through school with a girl on the next block. This young lady was about 13 at the time. She came from a broken home with at least emotional neglect. She was inviting my daughter to her home and sharing her excitement about a group of which she was a part and the power they held over others. It was apparently a local coven.

I knew such existed around our town in that talking with a couple of friends who were on the police force concerning some instances that had happened with us, they had shared some of what they knew and had explained that such knowledge was not released in the media due to fear of encouraging others to seek out and join with the partakers. They had also shared that the underground network of satanists, witches, etc. locally was quite extensive. A few years later I also learned of a local vampire group. I do not know to what extent, only when and where they met on a weekly basis.

Anyway, this particular young girl seemed to respond to the love and caring with which we tried to honor Christ in our home. As she got to know us more, she began sharing more about her home life and this group of which she was a part. She was excitedly looking forward to Halloween night. There was to be a gathering at a local site in the hills above us. She shared that she was to be part of the ritual. She also shared that many times young girls would be impregnated and that their babies would be sacrificed at these rituals. At the time, I had a hard time believing this was true, but my heart told me not to discount it. My daughter and I shared with her about Christ’s love many times and she was listening, but was still excited about the gathering. We were frantic for her. Visiting her mother and stepfather was fruitless (I am not sure if they were involved). We prayed that she be kept from that gathering. The Lord intervened…she became quite ill for a few days and was unable to attend. She began to respond to our sharing when her family suddenly moved away and we lost contact with her.

The following year or two after this, we had an incident with the same daughter and a school teacher. A high school history teacher she was under began teaching her class things of an occult (witchcraft) origin, claiming that it was part of the cirriculum in the book she was using. My daughter knew something was wrong as of the first day. The class was not allowed to bring home their textbooks, supposedly due to a shortage of them and the need to use them in multiple classes.

I spoke to this woman several times on the phone, sometimes for extended periods, as well as talking with her face-to-face. She always presented herself quite reasonably, but I was never allowed to view the material. My daughter and I did much praying over the situation.

I finally told my daughter that, even though it was against the rules, if she could find a way, to bring a copy of the text home. She did. Nothing anywhere in the book made any reference to what the class was being taught. I spoke with the principal about my concerns and asked to have my child moved to a different class (he was a Christian also). Although all classes were full, she was moved. Other Christian parents who also became concerned were not able to be accommodated (there were several).

The principal shared with me that she had been moved from several other schools for the same disciplinary problems as this, but had tenure and could not be fired. They finally “bought her off” with severance pay. She then applied to another school district. When called for a reference, the former principal spoke honestly (he had not received the warning from the district to give a good recommendation) and she was not hired. She then sued both he and the district, winning a large settlement from them.
